1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All bots, strategies, signals, and downloadable content sold on our platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds due to:

✔ Instant access to the product after purchase.

✔ The inability to revoke access once the product is downloaded.

✔ Protection against unauthorized distribution or misuse.

2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

✅ If you were wrongly charged multiple times for the same product.

✅ If the product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.

✅ If you purchased a service that we failed to provide as described.

📌 Note: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with trading results, as trading involves risk and no strategy guarantees success.

While refunds are not available, we do offer:
